Unlocked after raising the Sawmill to level 10. Fine Woods Inc. serves as a resource generation building for the Hardwood resource. Leveling up Fine Woods Inc. will permanently increase the hourly regeneration rate. Boosts will provide temporary increases in the regeneration rate as well as providing instant resource gains.
